Grant Recommendations
Grant recommendations for your Donor Advised Fund will be outlined in a personal Donor Agreement between you and Benefaction Foundation. Contact us for more information.
Gift Form
In order to donate either cash or securities in-kind, Benefaction requires that you complete a Gift Form. If you are donating gifts of securities, your broker will likely require that you complete a stock transfer form as well. Please forward completed Gift Forms to Benefaction Foundation.

Sample Bequest Wording
If you choose to leave money to charity in your will, you will need to contact your lawyer. We recommend that you use the following wording to ensure your request reaches your Donor Advised Fund without delay.
